This week we had a fun mini-vacation thanks to another one of mom's conferences. Dad and Gabriel came along to Mohican State Park in the middle-of-nowhere Ohio. Between poster sessions, networking (which led to a job!), and great discussions about instrumental music teacher education we had enough free time for some family fun. Gabriel did have some trouble sleeping in the hotel but somehow got comfortable napping bent in half with his head on dad's stomach. Then we went on a great walk through the woods and Gabriel got his first dip in a pool! With how much he likes bath time we figured it would go well and we were right. He loved it! If my phone hadn't run out of storage space I would have taken more video as he got even more animated and excited in the water.
